Discovery Call - We briefly discuss your vision and the overall project scope during a quick 5-10 minute call.

Virtual Meet & Greet - Let’s get to know each other! We present our background, discuss in depth our fees, process, and answer any questions you may have.

Consultation Visit - We meet at your home or project location to professionally analyze the space and get design ideas flowing.

Project Overview - Our Proposal is presented which includes all details and pricing for the project. The agreement is signed and we are excited to transform your space!
PHASE ONE

Research + Design Development - We conduct research based on the project scope, develop color scheme, and create a concept that reflects your style.

Kick-Off Meeting - We present the Design Concept and showcase material samples that are tangible, making it easier to visualize the new space.

Trades + Procurement - We meet with vendors or representatives to discuss the project and review materials. This step also includes negotiating contracts and carefully selecting the vendor that offers the best value and quality.

Demo/Installation - An Install Day is scheduled for demolition and/or installation. This process could take up to several weeks, depending upon the scope of work.

Design Reveal - You get to see your place transformed into the space you always envisioned! If it’s not love at first site, no worries, we’ll tweak it to perfection!

Photo Day - Scheduled usually on the final install day to photograph/videotape final design for our portfolio.

Enjoy Your New Space! - Wake up everyday in your newly transformed space that reflects you and your unique personality!
